| The Scottish Rite is one of three branches of Freemasonry in which a Master Mason may proceed after he has completed the three degrees of Symbolic Masonry, better known as "The Blue Lodge." The Scottish Rite confers twenty-nine degrees, usually in dramatic allegory, from the 4th to 32nd, at what are called "Reunions." It also confers a 33rd Degree once a year at its Annual Conference, which is an honorary degree, given for exemplary work at a Scottish Rite or in your community. This degree cannot be applied for. |

New Valley Newsletter
In an effort to improve communication and to keep everyone in the Valley
up to date on upcoming events, we are building a list of members who would like to
get an electronic newsletter thatwill be coming out. We will be sending this
out on a more frequent basis than the Narrator is able to be published.
Most likely we will send this out monthly with the occasional 'Special Edition'.
In the very near future we will be also offering Brothers the opportunity to
chose to receive the Narrator electronically making it more convenient to
access and saving the Valley money at the same time.
Sign up for the Valley Newsletter using the link below.
